Could see this down to a pound, still be valued at 1.5bln, for an upstart still a valuable entity. As with new tech cos. they need to prove their worth when the purse strings tighten!

WESHOP are lurking as well with a rumoured IPO although i suspect M&A instead.Very big deals being done as part of the Great Reset'.We will have winners and losers

CEO can veto any take over attempt though although this is time limited for 3 years from IPO. Its partly why I originally invested to avoid an aggressive take over attempt. The CEO would have to capitulate for it to be sold off?So 2 years left on that...

Especially when deals have been agreed with the US,China and Israel.Multiple UK establishments being smashed down to be sold off or taken over on the cheap.Looking at the e-commerce/ social- commerce pipeline is there a need for THG?
