The charger have entered into the deed to secure the “Loan note”

“Loan note” $400k 5% fixed rate secured loan..



Tern didn’t RNS the November Loan, they mentioned it in the portfolio update.

Ok I've had a look. There is no reference to any new loan note being issued, so JonC is incorrect to say otherwise. If I've misinterpreted what you were saying JonC, please accept my apologies on the proviso that you rebuke me with facts that are verifiable rather than just being self important and obnoxious.

I did notice that in the event of DA going into administration, the IP is granted to loan noteholders, namely Alsop Louie, Tern and the Samenuk trust. While there is no indication that administration looms, it is reassuring to know that if JonC's prophecies came to fruition, it would not result in a loss for the financiers of DA.

It looks to me like a corporate action is in the making, as there would be no point issuing this charge if further tranches were forthcoming.

This is opinion based on my own experience as a company director and private investor, and I make no offer of advice for financial decisions.
