So market cap under £20m. FVR, InVMA, Wyld all looking good.DA, no idea except you might expect some people "in the know" to be buying lots at this price. Particularly if there was a buyout about to happen. Equally, if DA was falling apart we would have seen some "resignations" by now. But no, Darron and the rest keep motoring on!Just need patience I suppose. Good luck all lth.

Net sells 708k and still they won't raise it but if we are expecting any support from AS we are going to have a wait until he pulls his finger out

I don't get it. Once again people see on here what the wider market cannot see. Should the share price not be going up? I must have been reading it all wrong all these years. Incoming transformational news means a share price that goes down. Ok, now I get it.

With unsuccessful buyers still on L3 it was never going to be an opportunity sub 7 pence open for long.

Very limited small quantities of stock available at these low levels.

Take the opportunity when presented with carnage in the wider market and good news on the immediate horizon.

Boom!

Thanks JP - got it on 12th Novenmber as part of an RNS 'Portfolio and Investments Update'.

I have to ask myself why does it take until March 2020 to register a charge that was granted in November 2019? Jerseymike had it spot on ...Tern Time.

Am I missing something? Last RNS re Tern convertible loan to DA was on Thursday 26 September, 2019 Tern PLC, Issue of further convertible loan to Device Authority.

Was there an RNS about a futher convertible loan note after this one?
