I believe DA is a done deal and this was very strongly hinted to us yesterday and AS has also given the nod to a few larger holders that all is very well without giving any detials.

Clearly the same shenanigans as past year or so with a group not able to fully close a short and they will be totally smashed when DA exit news lands.

Expecting to see a strong move up a day or so before news lands....very exciting times!

Many many pounds not pence.

We have got an awful lot of IT global giants who are saying they need K/S as part of their security and then we have a portfolio update which ignores the flagship investment. I believe the two are linked, even with little recent news I expect that if they wanted to continue to draw attention to DA they could have rattled off a list of statistics and figures as they have done previously but this time nothing

I wonder why?

Sweepie: LOL

Still Waiting: I can't imagine there would be any issues closing a theoretical short with the price action here.

Can you find a statement that AS has ever made previously, it nearly sounds rampy until you realize the quality of the investments?

Tern now has a genuinely diversified portfolio of investments in high growth companies, with each of its principal portfolio companies having a disruptive technology in a global market and they are all at very exciting stages of their respective developments. Furthermore, each of Tern's principal portfolio companies is working with world class partners to accelerate the adoption of their products which the Directors of Tern believe will provide significant prospective value enhancements.

So DA has no new news to report - must be an immediate exit any day now.

Well that makes perfect sense - not !

UTGP Well could you explain why in yesterdays RNS DA were nearly completely ignored when we know activity with MS among others is extremely high. Hell a feedback of that webinar of 500 attendees representing companies with a combined worth of trillions and a statement that DA look forward to penetrating the market would have helped the market sit up and go maybe they have something with DA. The fact that they nearly completely ignored DA makes me expect that there is something happening very soon, might be wishful thinking but until somebody explains why the flagship investment was nearly completely ignored I will cling to what I believe.

$3.5bn I could live with just lol

Jorich dont think large shareholders are pacified. Think they are bought into the underlying progress that is taking place at all 4 investees even if poorly reported or commented on by the BODs. Dont think any large shareholders, including myself, can be totally relaxed until see that the investees are self sustaining and that Tern finish with fundraises at low price points. Albeit have to say that each time has been done has been done at an amount sufficient for needs at that time. Would be delighted to see additional and meaningful BOD purchases but it wont happen given their 10% of proceeds share. In the meantime we all ... small and large shareholders ... have the choice of being here or not. I choose to be here for what I believe will be very substantial gains at some point. I also think 2020 will be a seminal year for Tern ... and in the right way !!
