It is because DA is a basket case and should be closed with immediate effect.

Why is it that other IoT companies can raise millions....over a hundred million in the last case but this bid FAILED to raise a measly $10 million ?Says a lot about the valuation, product and USP....says a whole lot more about the business and BOD too.

I have to agree.
The evidence is now really piling up suggesting DA is well and truly embedded into the forward strategy of some really massive blue chip names.
Quite incredible then to see Tern languishing close to 52week lows but I firmly believe patience will pay off big time here.
Just listen to the non-stop noise here from the Device Authority online trolls who post their continuous negativity of doom and gloom and their massive effort to disrupt any meaningful discussion on this board. Lol as if that would have any effect on the end outcome.
The clues are all there within their unbelievable desperation.

And I'm not going to apologise about being uber upbeat either.

All the evidence points to DA being 'top of the pile'. And remember, those words were Al Sisto's some years back when discussing Cryptosoft as was.

It's happened, just as he said.

Now then. 20bn devices by the end of the year.

Darron reckoned on $1 per device for DA where involved. So let's see.

1% of the market would be 200m devices or $200m per annum.

On a pe of 40, which is ridiculously low for high tech hockey stick growth then that would make DA worth $8bn.

1% of the market?

When Microsoft, nCipher and Thales all have you hitched to their wagons?

I know some people find me a bit over the top with my enthusiasm but seriously.

Look at where we are and who is saying what.

You don't need me to 'ramp' DA when the blue chips are happy to do it for us.

What gets me is that DA is front and centre for these blue chip solutions and no-one is the least bit embarrassed about it.

Little old DA, having spotted the trend years ago and built and planned and developed and listened and planned and built and....come up with the answer that everyone needs. And patented it.

Today we had nCipher telling the world it needs DA. Prior to that we had Microsoft saying the same thing.

It's only a matter of time now.

Pounds.

The global answer to IoT security and device management is worth pounds per share to the company owning 57% of the solution.
