The lengths people will go to create bogey men. Blatantly the company issued shares at 8.5p and hence we are where we are.When the market is given a reason for a rerate by way of a revaluation of an asset we will rise.Everything else is noise.Seasoned investors really.

Also, if you are in to technicals then have a quick look at the chart from Jan to Feb end and March to May.....ignoring the Spike, the chart has continued down the downtrend line and follows a similar pattern to the months mentioned above.Unfortunately, if the BOD can't deliver an exit then these business, they keep funding, are loss leaders and they will need to be impaired or they can once again, go out for external funding from real investors, although I didn't see Sisto wanting to be a laughing stock twice.

In order to keep up with these sucking ants, there is no doubt TERN Plc will need to raise money in order to feed them.When is the key question....The recent 5% down / day on the share price is a good indicator as it was back in March and April this year. Based on the share price movement of late, expecting is pretty soon now. During March the share price was in the 10-12p range. The placing was at 8.5p and the share price dived to 6.88p. so it was discounted by around 3.5p being conservative. The current share price is range trading between 8-10p, so given the same level of discounting, the placing will probably around the 6.5p mark. Based on the previous result of the placing, I would expect this to dip below 4.88p if the placing occurs at the 6.5p mark, based on technicals alone. Add to this, the current downtrend, Brexit, a set of badly worded intrims, due soon, and a heavily discounted placing and one can see this going to tiny figures.

Morning. I see the loonie has once again been posting trying to scare weak holders. Take any notice of him at your peril. We know DA is flying..working with most of the majors including Microsoft...yes..MICROSOFT...FVR recruiting big time too..they would not be if the expected funding was not in place. News of progress is imminent and the rerate is happening. Today..next week..beginning of next month. GLA..

Hawkind, what you think of me or my life is irrelevant. Clearly you can't hack that fact that I post here and mention the facts related to TERN and Device Authority that you would rather not be mentioned here. You post because you have vested interest and your wold view is that if you don't have a vested interest, don't research, don't have an opinion and don't post anything.You and others need to learn to understand that there is more than one view on TERN PLC.You also need to understand and accept that a thread of only Rampers is possibly the worst investment one can be in for the simple fact that no one would discuss the wrongs or faults of the company nor any negatives for fear of getting booted.You have the likes Mike Rothern, who clearly annoys a few with his complete lack of ability to understand that shareholders waiting 5+years for an exit have lost hope and posted in anger. The dwindling share price not helping them so they felt the need to vent some frustration only be told by idiots like Mike, that all is ok and they should just let management carry on....carry on fleecing them....

Duxy if by chance you are proved right, your behaviour is far from 'normal' in anycase. Everyone know you have an interest of some sort in TERN, whether that is financial or just malicious intent who knows. But i feel sorry for you, you clearly don't have much of a life as you are obsessed with this company, and BB. You are without question a fruit loop, the sunshine bus will be taking you away very soon!
