12/9/2019 21:49 | The change in persons of significant control is just a clarification of what the position was after terns last investment late last year. But clearing up for so.ething and my guess is the refinance. | ![]() meganxmas
12/9/2019 21:48 | Bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee meganxmas 12 Sep '19 - 21:42 - 165025 of 165029 0 0 0 It means that the two main founder shareholders have dropped below 25% to 20.6% each. Tern have 34.7% shares. Total sharecapital now 2418100. Need to check what it was. I say this is excellent news as Tern have maintained a number close to where were at in % terms. Key question is how much did it cost them and what now is the valuation of the stake. Suspect an RNS tomorrow or Monday. meganxmas 12 Sep '19 - 21:47 - 165029 of 165029 0 0 0 Just checked is the same as was before so this is just routine and no change as yet. | ![]() seewhatimean

12/9/2019 21:37 | It would have been the large stake that Tern took that altered the other 2 stake and therefore the significant control It is a backward looking statement having been updated 12 months on | ![]() dave444
12/9/2019 21:35 | Just filings relating to last year. Date is 29/10/18, when TERN share of FVR went over the 25% threshold. They annoucned to market on 30th October. | ![]() podium

12/9/2019 21:28 | And just the other day I saw a bottle of still water in the supermarket, it was just there, you know, on the shelf and unbelievably there were some people waiting in a queue at the checkout at the very same time. I'm not joking!!!!!! I think Still Waiting must be involved in supermarkets somehow!!!!!!!!! It can't be a coincidence. Surely not? Maybe he's stacking shelves? or shorting all supermarket stock? It must be a sign!!!!! | ![]() seewhatimean

12/9/2019 21:22 | I see the the scum here have regrouped to work out how to fight back against imaginary shorters on a stock that can't be shorted apparently. All whilst long term holders continue to sell in to it with a looming fundraise....all going to end badly for the sad loner pensioners attempting to recruit more pensioners to this Ponzi scheme. | ![]() duxy786
12/9/2019 21:18 | Another busy day, some very interesting talks with regards to Quantum Key Distribution and the future of IOT as the network operators see it. Here a pic from the event.... | ![]() duxy786

12/9/2019 21:06 | This is incredible and unbelievable. Surely Mr Shakoor aka Duxy786 has to be investigated and sanctioned in some manner. How much is Advfn and Share Prophets complicit in this attack on Tern Plc? Advfn have sat back and done absolutely zilch in the face of numerous complaints stretching back years, even blue members cancelling their subscriptions has not moved Advfn. This absolutely stinks! Come on Tern board please do something about this very alarming discovery. | tech_ip
12/9/2019 20:48 | whats this all mean then? | ![]() dminks
12/9/2019 20:43 | Miketurnermk, if I recall correctly share price were predicting a Tern share price of 0.5p and advising people to sell at 2p, just before the run up to 57p. They've always hated Tern for some unknown reason and the humiliation of them piously and boastfully steering their subscribers away from a 25 bagger in a matter of weeks will not have helped. There's history, particularly relating to an ex Tern director but exactly who is mates with who, who is bitter, who wants to shaft who and who is talking to who remains a squalid mystery. I'm just glad that it doesn't matter and the investee companies are going to push the Tern price into the pounds. | ![]() mike routhorn |
