Been here to long to take 20p There is also a bonus scheme for the bod isn’t there if the price increases by 100% or something within a period if I’m remembering correctly. Easier to do that from sub 10p than plus 20p if something is about to move.

Other than these there is little selling pressure imho, this has been a war of attrition to get lth to part with their stock imho.

Not helped by tern bod who are clearly lacking in some abilities which should have been rectified by now.

There could be any number of reasons as to why the share price is tanking. It does not have to be a placing. With an share price that can be easily manipulated it doesn't take a huge number of sold shares to bring the share price down. Who knows, someone maybe bringing it down to make a cheeky bid. Who wouldn't accept 20p now? I hear you all scream "NO, I wouldn't". Well it is looking pretty good to me considering where we are and a company that doesn't update us.

Definite placing incoming. Only question is what price. Clearly long advance notice again, allowing insider trading, as they struggle to get it away. The BoD just aren't particularly good at this. Time for some of the dead wood like Sisto to be moved along.

Can the so called long term holders add today please, so that tern can get a decent heavily discounted placing underway and some of us can watch you get annihilated. Thanks in advance.
