Excellent news this morning but completely ignored by the market as they don't know about it. I bet if there was some bad news they would be so eager to put it out, strange behaviour when most of the directors are shareholders

if johnma and associates do have 33% they can bring a special resolution to do that

you need 75% to pass that resolution, ebomber says he knows 95% of the shareholders

so that list could be of use after all!

Two different opinions about the same subject in one day , one is positive and the other one is very negative.

Seems like you sold your shares earlier and now deramping to get yourself the best possible re-entry !

Today's share price drop was for no solid reason really and it happened after weak shorters attackin the early morning which led to panic sell by weak hands and swing traders who don't understand Tern's business model so they couldn't interpret its positive interim results !

I'll end up here quoting your own words : "Results good, year on year increase on assets value, should finish flat or blue"
