Again I say I think you are on the wrong TERN BB, the valuations posted on here are at the other end of the scale, posters saying this is worthless, etc.

if you want to state your views about 'pie in the sky' valuations, why not do it on the thread where they are 'pie in the sky'?

Although I would say your words are the same for those with the negative 'worth nothing' predictions but they know they are trying to put new investors off....

I would agree with Trout that the value of DA will determined by its worth to the acquirer, which is not the same as sales. But this makes it very difficult to assess, and highly dependent on how Mr. Market views the addressable opportunity. So, put the same business case back into February, Year 2000, and TERN's mcap would already be north of £1. Three years later, a different story. What is on its side, is the unfolding of the IOT; and just like the dotcom boom, where the market took time to catch on, and then overcompensated, there could well be a similar event here.

Nevertheless, critics of DA have continued, rightly, to question sales and revenues, since this is still a basic metric of the business case. So it will be interesting to see how the latest valuation, die at end of June, may take this into account.

Why would a genuine long term holder insist on posting rubbish 24/7, cajole, threaten libel action, try to urge others to buy the share, denigrate and censor anyone not agreeing with their strategy, hmmm hard one that eh?

IMO overly optimistic final valuations, pie in the sky predictions and general lack of realism posted on these BB's can have a negative affect on future investors.

Exactly gab147, so you can't do anymore than re-iterate that when others give their opinions.

However the price won't be worked out on current sales revenues, it won't be decided on just the worth of device Authority, but on the worth to the acquirer and the worth to not let another entity own it.
This is different to a lot of other businesses being built up to sell, where you work on building up the client base, the revenues and order book and use that to give a valuation.
This will be on the Keyscaler product and what it can do for the acquiring business and what will happen if that business ends up not in control of it. Remember some are building platforms/products with Keyscaler right in the middle. The size and scale of the market and it's exponential growth forecasts would suggest that the final outcome will surprise many (probably on both sides of the coin) so will position my forecasts in the middle somewhere....

Just to put the Muppettes into perspective, one of them opines that ,because some people on AFN bb`s don`t own TERN shares, they will " end up peniless".So we must assume , if that is true ,that tens of millions of people in the UK, and perhaps in the world are all going to " end up penniless".

The company has outfitted pallets and packages with sensors that provide location information and measure things likes humidity and temperature. Honeywell then monitors the data so it can react quickly to prevent damage or loss of shipments.

For the connected aircraft IoT application, AT&T’s network connects airplanes that are on the ground and provides flight crews and maintenance teams with information about the aircraft so they can perform maintenance and improve turnaround time.
