Exactly gab147, so you can't do anymore than re-iterate that when others give their opinions.

However the price won't be worked out on current sales revenues, it won't be decided on just the worth of device Authority, but on the worth to the acquirer and the worth to not let another entity own it.
This is different to a lot of other businesses being built up to sell, where you work on building up the client base, the revenues and order book and use that to give a valuation.
This will be on the Keyscaler product and what it can do for the acquiring business and what will happen if that business ends up not in control of it. Remember some are building platforms/products with Keyscaler right in the middle. The size and scale of the market and it's exponential growth forecasts would suggest that the final outcome will surprise many (probably on both sides of the coin) so will position my forecasts in the middle somewhere....

At the moment there is nothing to base thoughts on a final sale price for DA and the subsequent TERN share price Despite lots of talk there are no facts or figures to allow anyone to properly assess DA.

Just to put the Muppettes into perspective, one of them opines that ,because some people on AFN bb`s don`t own TERN shares, they will " end up peniless".So we must assume , if that is true ,that tens of millions of people in the UK, and perhaps in the world are all going to " end up penniless".

A real example of the parallel universe these morons inhabit.

It is a shame all you idiots cannot see a real winner like TERN but I am afraid it is because you all have a prefixed agenda and therefore will end up penniless!!!!!
You are all so transparent as to that agenda!!

Sector newsThere's little need to tell anyone in IT that the Internet of Things (IoT) is a big deal and that it's growing insanely fast; BI Intelligence estimates that there will be some 23.3 billion IoT devices by 2019. As IoT support becomes more of an enterprise concern, there are four key issues about enterprise IoT (EIoT) deployments to consider:

The sheer number of enterprise IoT endpoint devices – There will be 1 billion by 2019.
The frequency of data generated IoT devices – IDC estimates that by 2025, an average connected person anywhere in the world will interact with connected devices nearly 4,800 times per day or one interaction every 18 seconds.
The incredible volume of IoT data – Of the 163 zettabytes (that's 1021bytes) of data that will be created in 2025, IDC estimates that 60% will be from IoT endpoints and half of that (roughly 49 zettabytes) will be stored in enterprise data centers.
The challenges of maintaining security for your device constellation – IDC estimates that by 2025, 45% of the stored enterprise data will be sensitive enough to require being secured but will not be.article cont... network world

Probably Amazon and Microsoft fighting it out to buy DA. The final price will be so high we'll all be so rich we will be able to buy Amazon and be the richest people in the world. Only IMO of course. This BB gets more ridiculous by the day.

AT&T has been a partner for about a year now, but nothing material is ever disclosed
Is DA involved in their IoT network in any way?

May 29, 2018

With the connected freight IoT application, Honeywell is using AT&T’s 3G IoT network to track shipments when they are in transit. The company has outfitted pallets and packages with sensors that provide location information and measure things likes humidity and temperature. Honeywell then monitors the data so it can react quickly to prevent damage or loss of shipments.

For the connected aircraft IoT application, AT&T’s network connects airplanes that are on the ground and provides flight crews and maintenance teams with information about the aircraft so they can perform maintenance and improve turnaround time.

4.5p to reach the magical 28p and beyond. Or 20.5p down to get to the queen of the muppettes short at 3p. I reckon it'll make it past 28p before England are knocked out of the World Cup.

This hasn't hit the wider market or exposed to the masses so great arbitrage for the '100 club' of long termers here who recognise the importance of security and IOT. Having the knowledge as demonstrated on this board allows us to exploit the opportunity. When the management talk about game changing products and you see the partners involved and the different markets it can be deployed you know it's the real deal.

From an FT article on how Europe is lagging on the digital transformation:

"Siemens is a good example. When the 171-year-old industrial group spent $3.5bn in 2007 on buying the software company UGS, the term “Industry 4.0” had yet to be coined and few people grasped what Siemens was up to. The news was overshadowed by the company’s role in a price-fixing scandal and a resulting large fine from the European Commission.

More than a decade later, however, the purchase is seen as the conglomerate’s first big step towards merging the worlds of hardware and software for “the Industrialised Internet of Things”.

DA has several global partners in a similar position, not wanting to be left behind in the fourth industrial revolution. I am thinking someone like IBM that has fallen way behind Microsoft etc. in recent years could use DA acquistion to really position them as a major player again. Siemens is another very good fit especially with them already well established in the IIOT space.

Key take away for me is that this kind of unique technology is worth billions in revenue over next couple of years to the right buyer - so what they pay for it now has to be commensurate with these future revenues.

Seal Update

Seal Software today announced the general availability of version 6 of its award-winning solution for the discovery, extraction, and analysis of contracts and other types of legal agreements. The latest release of Seal Content and Analytics provides several new AI-driven innovations to help the enterprise more easily reveal hidden insight from unstructured content. The new version builds on Seal’s longstanding approach to AI (artificial intelligence), analytics and machine learning to improve content contextualization across disparate sources, streamlining compliance and simplifying governance of contracts at Global 2000 companies,

“Our customers, who have achieved remarkable results using Seal in their legal and procurement departments, are now looking to repeat this success across additional business units and processes.” said Ulf Zetterberg, co-founder and CEO at Seal Software. “Today’s enterprise is looking for faster and deeper analysis of unstructured content, which is greater in volume and variety than ever before. Seal helps these companies integrate this analysis with existing business processes to fuel real and practical digital transformation.̶1;

Version 6 of the Seal platform addresses three critical pillars that support businesses looking for the kind of intelligence that improves overall business performance. With significant new features that extend these capabilities, Seal Content and Analytics now facilitates a more extensive range of use cases across different business departments and industry sectors.

Scalability – With 2X performance enhancements, smart installers and multi-node support the new platform handles a full range of document sets – from thousands to tens-of-millions.
Extensibility – A new semantic engine adds speed and versatility including support for third-party document sets such as DocuSign envelope and documents.
Insight Acceleration – A new Seal Integration Engine extends the capabilities of Seal’s Logic Engine, enabling plug-and-play integrations with third-party apps such as DocuSign.
Having a clear vision into contractual relationships is critical. While knowing the risks, obligations, and opportunities related to third parties is required for dealing with business, legal, and regulatory changes, this clarity is also a valuable and often untapped source of intelligence for the enterprise and large matrix organizations. Version 6 of the Seal platform makes it possible to more quickly and easily lower the costs, improve the quality, and reduce the risks associated with finding and managing contracts.

“We have been successfully deploying Seal analytics into large customers for several years now, not just for contracts, but for other document types,” said Jim Wagner, managing director at Apogee Legal Services, a Seal partner. “The V6 platform builds on this momentum. These enhancements will drive faster and broader adoption of AI-based content analysis across the enterprise.”
