OK I get it now... basically you're saying the key to IOT is security. Blockchain and PKI both exist but are either too slow or come with too much red tape (eg the authority thingie) . If tern can come up with something then tern could be bigger then bitcoin etc - it could be the UKs first trillian dollar company. One of terns companies Device Authority is sort of in the slow blockchain market but has some ideas of making it better faster.

(sorry I did not go but I just had to try and understand why so many posters and why so much excitement. It clearly - I guess must be this blockchain link with PK11. Lets hope you all know a lot more than me ....)

Suggests quite a few new holders since Apr who have plenty of research to do and eyes will be open to what we are on the verge of here.

Remember the remit of tern was to develop companies to the point where a larger concern with a huge sales and support infrastructure could pick up the acquisition and monetise it rapidly.

We are at that point now imho.

Once future revenues can be established via DCF, negotiations can take place whilst all the time being supported as the evidence and revenue starts to build, the Comodo launch will therefore be a key milestone imho and I expect a rapid build up in m cap after that, this is after all a brand new year 20 year market that DA are a leader in and is critical for the success of IoT.

Any buyer will have to pay handsomely for that future leadership position as there will be no shortage of other buyers imho.

Doolittle..that is the only pricing we have seen in print and its not cheap, we have to assume D/A are extremely busy right now because if they are not then we are all screwed.
I happen to think they are overwhelmed with work right now and well understaffed, think a bigger outfit is in waiting ready to pounce at any minute and am certain corporate action is not far away, hence been loading up my position in the last few Weeks.

Johnma, If I was rich enough I would offer all Tern holders £1.25 (which seems to be the price most would consider a good price to sell) and take Tern private, before it's true value was reached. Do not know if it would be legal or not though. Looking at andreabeas calculations I would be on a winner.
