Tyrano..No it matters little , like to watch the trades to see what is happening, we had 10 million shares from the placing I expect half in safe hands the other half in traders hands, they keep taking 10% than trade again, rinsing the stock until the price slowly rises.
Still wonder why no news on the larger placing maybe? it was just to keep the company well solvent or until a deal is finalised maybe something they liked the look of has not passed D/D, still funds will keep the company well funded until decent revenue kicks in which will be soon certain of that.

Wardy, if the time stamp of 10:36 is correct that is the point at which the share price started to accelerate upwards. It peaked at about 11:00. On the basis of what they are currently showing in terms of trades I would think this is a buy. However it wouldn't surprise me if there was an unreported large buy at 23.5 or 24.0, just prior to this. In which case it is most likely a sell. All clear as mud. All in the price now anyway.

That 500k trade looks like a sell on the timing, that was when the price peaked, still plenty of people willing to sell stock here but plenty of buyers also, tells me the sellers are a mixture of traders and LTHs/Traders, if you bought in the lows last week its good profits 20% or so but still think the long game will be the winner here.
Could do with some news here to lift the S/P otherwise we will keep trading and bouncing up and down with all the churning and not make 30p.

Well ... a very small announcement of really very little importance to anyone. I am a holder of Tern. I have skin in the game.

But I'm only using it as a really good case study to try to build some skills in swing trading (Tern's a good training aid because everything seems to happen within a conveniently compressed time-frame). So I will be switching long and short positions quite a bit over the next few days, I expect. The amount of money I am prepared to risk on my personal training adventure is very small so no-one on any side of the argument about Tern should feel minutely threatened.

But I do need the share price to push on a bit tomorrow morning.

This stock is a goldmine. This is the turning point. Now is the moment to buy. Tomorrow, I will be rich. Buy if you want to be rich too. My friends say they can't get hold of even just a few thousand shares. Pounds not pence!
