Continuous funding required to stay afloat.

Convertible holder and placings selling out.

Insolvent, Loss Making, Cash flow problems.

Unsustainable.

What I would say to all is if you have a meaningful stake in a share it is folly not to take the opportunity to attend the AGM You learn so much from the discussion and even more from the private conversations

Tern PLC – AGM
Dear All
Just a summary of my key takeaways from today’s AGM, I have to say Mr Beaver has written a comprehensive note on the board so I won’t repeat too much.

Three companies in different stages of their lives, DA, INVMA & WYLD.

Device Authority
Has a announced a series of partnerships including the one this morning with Microsoft, it’s a very special business in a league of its own.

INVMA
Has a positive order book and its opportunity to grow is very extensive.

WYLD
For me and Al also confirmed has huge potential to be a great company, he recommended a competitor in the USA (name excludes me) will come back to you on that.
The commercial opportunities for WYLD are massive we expect if they deliver as expected this company alone could worth a significant amount of money.
WYLD has applied for grants through innovate UK – which should assist with the companies R & D.

Funding
Al stated Tern is fully funded and is not in requirement for immediate cash, they were exploring ways to fund DA -which could also lead to an IPO for DA.

Board
Sarah Payne
Had a great chat with Sarah Payne whos an exceptional FD – her presentation was very well delivered.

Ian Ritchie
Finally met Ian Ritchie and was amazed by the number of Tech companies he had been involved in (Great asset to the team)

Al Sisto
Great CEO tremendous experience of building companies and is one of the main reasons I have taken a position here. His delivery was excellent today and as much as Angus tried his best to slip him up, he replied in a very calm and composed manner. I have been following many companies on AIM I can say Al Sisto is an exceptional CEO, we are very lucky to have him spearheading Tern PLC.

Summary
All three companies are in a good position, we have a well-balanced board and we are set for blue skies on the share price.

You notice one thing about this rise in the S/P, TERN has not released an RNS stating we note the rise in the S/P but know of no reason for it, the thing is they know of plenty of reasons why it is going up.LOL

JoeI know I asked that question but afterwards he told me that was extremely unlikely It will be a trade sale - and reading the tea leaves it is not far away It may well be imminent
