You clearly don't understand the model They will be selling investments probably on a yearly basis while attracting others through proven results Institutional investors will love it knowing they will get a guaranteed consistent performance growth

I think the plan is to have a 'stable' of IoT companies with maybe 3 or 4 getting sold each year and replaced with others.

If Al and the team keep finding DAs and Wylds and InVmas then we can look forward to a heady Tern share price peppered with significant divis every 3-4 months.

I could tolerate such a situation indefinitely, don't know about the rest of you.

I think by then the market will "get it", what Tern will do with the DA sale is prove their capability. If it all works Tern could be a nice little earner for sometime yet. I can cope with a big payout every 3 years if thats how it works.

Looking ahead I think the problem with ‘having millions to spend’ will be resolved through a special dividend to shareholders and a capital restructuring. Imagine the situation where TERN announce they have made 250m through the sale of XYZ and the next year nothing (because they sold no assets).

Talking of rounds, I've had a bollinger chilling for months now for the time I thought Tern starts to come good. Sure at somepoint we get a pullback, but the direction is well signposted now, so well others can see it.
Well done this bb for gathering the dots and working out what they probably mean and getting most of it correct. Also no doubt as we attractor hostile investors that inhabit other threads this might see a decline in generaly a well behaved bb.
