Sweepie, I think Tern have a few targets identified. Their increasing rhetoric suggests to me that they expect an offer for DA to materialise in the short to medium term. Stage 3 involves a major marketing drive alongside growth. Not too long to wait now. And let's not forget INVMA. Growing strongly. And AS is very hot on Wyld. Await developments there with eager anticipation.

£500k for InVMA investment and they did say that some of the placing was for new investments hopefully at the same price of Wyld, what a bargain that will turn out to be AS the new Peter Jones of the IOT world

The net proceeds of the Placing will be used primarily to provide additional finance to develop the businesses of the existing portfolio companies and invest in new portfolio companies.

as assetminder incorporates keyscaler + other functionality you could argue its value should be greater than keyscaler on its own.. ??

DA have all the global partners but no reason why invma can't pick up some of those as well in due course..

Yeah I am thinking the same but freeing up small amounts here and there but would sell down into the spike hopeful to buy them back when the price settles

Calm down, all I sold was 60k, I don't think you can be somebody who is just paid an average wage and needs to watch the pennies. My wife has been asking for them to be done for ages and beside a profit is a profit, turning 1600 into 7000 inside a month for a little person like me is a big deal.
Why are you so grouchy as I said still have 1.5m and if the price continues to drop back will buy them back again.
I am still looking forward to part time or early retirement

Invma's assetminder already incorporates keyscaler so they already have a great 2nd play to run with and then wyld as well...

IoT is the future, no other listed vehicle for getting exposure to it at a such a low m cap imho..

I like the strategy of buy cheap in the UK, develop and sell to US Global for huge amounts... they just need DA Stage 3 to finally prove this to the market.

SW At stage 3 completion, are you looking at selling all or a % as surely Tern will look at repeating with other investments. Just trying to work out a strategy which will benefit us in the long term. Have to say it will give me some much amo for other IOT stocks out there as it will continue to be one hot sector
