Market cap is not just driven by revenue or profit. Look at WAND. Enough said. That will be £1bn market cap by year end and it may, finally, make a profit. The point is the company is in a space that is growing massively and it positioned beautifully. I looked in here due to someone mentioning Tern on that BB. Wand has a genuine USP (aside from its people as all cos do) and although tern doesn't per se it could well kick on and should do if with good decision making from the BoD. I wish I'd gone with my guy and bought a little below 3p. Oh well. Loughton, chill and close your short or turn your attention elsewhere. I doubt with the number of posts anyone would sell or not buy on your posts and if they do they deserve to lose money, or not make it. Over and out.

I have to say I half expected the BOD to extend the date on the warrants at 12p. Been there before and it stalled share price appreciation for months. If I recall Mellon were participants in the infamous 7p placing to which these warrants were attached. Remember we were at 13p at the time. Suggests a few things to me. The bucket shops well and truly shafted Tern at the time. AS is not AF. His decision not to extend shows his mettle, and indicates that when funds next need to be raised, if at all, he is confident that they will be at a price in excess of 12p. Much better that JM is bringing firm holders to the party. Much better that JP who fully understands where this is going sees fit to extend his holding. Those are the positive signals that I wanted to see. The good times are coming.

The US FDA, feared for all Pharma Stock Holders of past and present, is now giving, DA the biggest non-drug related boost in its history for a software company, namely Device Authority.

It's ability to secure data at all levels and proven with deals already done with products that are shipped, pretty much puts DA in the "why look anywhere else" category.

the downside is this.
Te internet will vanish overnight!
