I'm sure we won't be waiting for much longer!

Slow and steady is the message for those building positions before CMD.

I looked up the mkt cap of CyberArk: $17.5bn

And then I read a solution brief pdf dated 6 Sept 2024, see link below

And then I look at Tern's measly mkt cap (yet owing 30% of DA)

Something doesn't add up, does it?

Superscrew/Sweepie? The reason it takes more effort to move up is because all the main action wants it down.mms want as cheap as possible, buyers want it as cheap as possible from the mms. Sellers can only offer a price, the action is usually with the buyer. It only changed with positive news. The share price is just in a position where mms can do business. If orders are only for 1p then mms need it cheaper than one penny. If no one wants to sell at those prices. Mms and their customers need to rethink. People only buy because they believe it will be worth more. One move ahead thinking means buyers think if they get it cheaper than offered it’s a bargain and less risk. Fact is if buyers paid top whack the price would move in the desired direction and they would be in profit sooner. Always wanting in cheaper is a downwards pressure.

Would MS & Cyberark allow DA to be owned by a competitor of theirs now ?

Pity that both directors haven't bought a stake yet though you might think given the current buying trend and the fact that DA are such a key component that they might well be in a closed period due to DA being on the way to new owners. Well that is the hope anyway

Difference is if this went tit's up I could afford it. I certainly don't have to post every single day and I do not worry whether the share price us up down or going sideways. Enjoy your day posting I know I will as I am on holiday.

Yes. I am still here. Not posted but have been adding. I am back up to the stake I used to hold. At this lowly share price I am willing to add. Still hate the management but I have put this aside and I am willing to gamble I can make a decent return. I know I am not alone in my approach.

In anticipation of the forthcoming CMD it helps to see what happened in the last one.

Tern CMD was March 2024

Exactly

Big picture, how quick is DA going to accelerate with that joint MS/ Cyberark /DA solution.

I can see a first bid for DA very soon.
