19/11/2024 09:37 | I bought c 400k shares last week, first time in c. 4 years. Whilst the story is well known and played out here in minutiae, the confluence of recent board changes, time the investee's have been "running" and the positive media out there around DA, FVR and TM points towards an improving share price for TERN. Also, the multiple fund raises of the last 12 months hopefully mean the endless dilution is stemmed for the moment. I think the fanciful projections of yesteryear can be set aside for now, I like the discount to NAV and feel that a £20m- £25m market cap isn't unreasonable, based on the collective exit value prospects of the 3 core investees and TERN'S percentage holding in each (4-5p 3 month target). | highly geared |
