Once market starts to price in EV on these global leaders, even on 1, the price will take off.

"Will Darktrace make an opportunistic bid for DA/KS ?"

They have the cash and borrowing facilities and a Bolt on leader with USA links would clean up Darktrace, instantly.

You never know.


Tern certainly looking as though the Market has regained immense Interest.

10/11 should find it easier to sell off DA on the back of yesterday's industry award (top IoT Security platform).

With the update on the automotive security (joint) solution (from the mouths of Cyberark and/or Microsoft) at next month's virtual summit (May 14), DA's EV will, no doubt, quickly emerge, with or without the efforts of 10/11.

Have the feeling we're freewheeling downhill .. to the finish.
