Mike. He should answer it’s not something he would be told or know about. He could add there are always rumours around any share. But sensible answer is he wouldn’t be privy to information of that nature.

AS dropped the hint of 2 quarters growth to increase the valuation of which we believe is DA. It does make sense that a decent bid would be offered before the DA valuation really takes off and costs the bidder even more serious money!!
That's why we are all here holding our breathe.

Fwiw I don’t think we will get any hints before a deal lands.

We know iot security at scale is needed to comply with Biden zero trust demands, so DA must be worth a fortune imho, just how much ?

We will all find out if the rumour is true quite soon I suspect. My advice is to wait and see. The longer the wait , the higher the price. Al told us quite recently that they have received many offers.

Well sources or at lest a pathway to the rumour is the least I need before I give it any thought. So some foundation to your conclusion rough and tumble is needed for any credence.

As has already been mentioned he most likely isn't in the loop and doesn't know
or would not be allowed to comment anyway. If true roughandtumble would not be the only one who knows and will likely soon leak. Will be interesting to see the price action.

Have to say he has denied things in the past before which later on happened so I will keep an open mind and keep an eye on any buying volume for a guide on what is happening

Tim nice but dim would not have a clue what is going on, TERN are watertight and he would be well out of the loop until news breaks.
A waiting game to find out like its always been here ,roughandtumbleone is onto something is my take.

So those that have know me back since 2008 will know i spend an incredible amount of time, resource and energy doing my due diligence and digging into stocks.

People can cough, splutter and knock, but you’re about to read about the extraordinary valuation that DA is being touted at and there’s 4 “majors” shown an interest along with signed NDA’s.

It equates to pounds per share for TERN and let’s see what the mad fraternity and waif and strays have to say about that. It’s likely to come as an all cash offer so paid as a special dividend.

This isn’t about rumour starting it’s about factual information and I have stressed to both TERN and the DA the need for disclosures
