Dear UK Patent Office,

I am writing to you in respect of a Patent Application, GB2001939.4, made by Wyld Networks Limited,



Filed 12th February 2020.

A mention in respect of this application is made as archived at



on 16th July 2020.

Resilient and robust
Hybrid mesh topology to eliminate a single point of failure.
Device to Device (D2D) mesh created using P2P WiFi and Bluetooth protocols and multi-hop technologies.
Future road mapped to support LTE A Direct and 5G D2D.
Uses mDNS/DNS-SD for Service Discovery with algorithm based on Evolutionary Game Theory (Patent GB2001939.4).
Hardened on London Underground for self-healing and fast reconnection.

I am concerned whilst the mention occurs 5 months after the application was filed that there may be a prior use issue in respect of the implementation on the London Underground or elsewhere without proper non disclosure and other agreements being in place.

I am also concerned that whilst London Underground may have been involved in the development of the associated technology they may not be appropriately credited in the, as yet, unpublished application.

No doubt that is a big fat zero but I find it strange that the original page I referred to in #271544 with a quote of its content seems to have suddenly lost that quoted content around the time I had a moan about it.

That sounds like a plan.

Anyone got a contact e-mail for the authority that deals with Nasdaq First North or should I just go directly to SEC and claim false prospectus. I'm quite happy to put my name and contact details to the query and CC it to AW in the expectation that they will investigate prior to binning it.

Maybe I should get really bored and ask the UK patent office if Wyld might have fallen foul in respect of prior use of Patent application GB2001939.4 without appropriate non-disclosure and contractual agreements in place on the London Underground and also give my name and contact details along with a CC to AW and London Underground?

FVR have gone quiet on some newsflow but are still recruiting and active on social media.

i wonder if FVR will go down the IPO route. I suspect they will get a substantively higher valuation in any future funding. I see FVR's CEO recently congratulated a surgical robotics start-up, CMR, on a $3b valuation. Not competitors of course but I could see the likes of CMR acquiring FVR as a complimentary acquisition and they have a war chest with $600m raised.

I also consider it to be completely disingenuous of WYLD and its executives to publish a web page with repeated mentions of (Patent GB2001939.4) with the obvious expectation of ramping non entities such as Jack 'Wheel Chairs Don't Work When I Kick Them Over' Ladd misleading prospective naive investors as to value rather than (Patent Application GB2001939.4) with associated qualifications.

It just stinks.
