It's Sisto's and Payne's instinct, yes, but he knows the strength of feeling against dilution. Sweepie might be right about an exit but can't see it being DA. DA would be premature. Sisto himself said fourth quarter would get a better multiple. Maybe FVR? It's gone quiet there. Prefer it if Sisto was more active with DA developments and got the price up and then raised a bit at 30p plus.

An OTC listing application takes between 6 to 10 weeks be processed.

Donk Ideal raise would have been on OTC float, just spent £300k on Wyld float, most would have expected a raise then but Tern ruled it out unless they find a new investment but they know strength of feeling against that from the GM so most are expecting an exit to refill the coffers so am hopeful that we will not need a placing

Could go either way here as chart-wise it's sitting in support. DA picking up solid partnerships but why are they never announced by Tern? Non-material or just remiss by Sisto? The latter I think but Sisto will be justifying, wrongly imo, by saying they are not financially material at this stage.

Bottom line is that FVR and DA will need funds and Tern has admin expenses. At some stage (summer / early autumn) they will need to raise. A hold for now and then a buy once a funding is out the way.

I expect Wyld will continue to climb as eventually NDA partners are disclosed, to go from Zero to have $150bn of partners interested shows they have something rather special imho

So what is the timeframe for getting tern on to the OTC? Come on Al, give us an expected timetable...

The US is very alert to the ransomware theme. No way would be down 25% from the May high if we were listed there today already....

The sooner we dual list the better....

Nice and steady, does appear the disappointment of the first day was down to technical reasons and freebie shares being sold rather than anything sinister, showing fairly regular demand for the shares, wait until they give a tasty update

The Wyld 'week chart' shows a steady rise (7.6 to 9), long may it continue.
