Importantly, although the security directive applies to only “the 100 most critical pipeline operators” and expires on May 28, 2022, media reports cite officials’ statements that additional regulations are forthcoming, and that those regulations will include financial penalties for noncompliance. As a result, companies beyond those directly impacted by the security directive may wish to consider taking steps to anticipate similar requirements, and should consider whether they need additional security protocols to facilitate doing business with regulated companies.



The security directive requires that each company submit a report identifying gaps, along with remediation measures and a timeline, no later than June 28, 2021.

Intel, Entrust and Microsoft have not done a webinar/presentation on device management in IoT with any small player in the last 3 years, other than with DA.

Sad but true trolls..

Keyscaler: a plump, low-hanging cherry on that (almost bare) tree of viable DMP (Device Management Platform) solutions, ... and Joe Biden has just lit a huge bonfire at the foot of the tree. :-)

The bulls on here have focussed on the concept of zero-trust, have produced the evidence that DA created that concept as their Keyscaler development mantra and produced a quote from Darren A that to implement a Zero-Trust IoT strategy you either use us or do nothing. The bulls have also produced video evidence of leading behemoths of the IoT world declaring Keyscaler as key and DA as a trusted partner.

The bulls have then gone on to say thing like: pounds not pence, turning grains of sand into gold, and I would not wish to be out of Tern over the weekend.

The trolls have criticised and, dare I say “ ridiculed” the bulls for these Rampy statements. Yet the trolls continue to to make their de-rampy statements but, unlike us, they have been unable to: uncover a credible alternative to Keyscaler or a credible competitor to DA, they have had to recognise, however reluctantly, IoT is now rolling out, and when we call them out on their distortion of the facts, they fallback on profanities and CAPSLOCK jibberish.

Given the foregoing dispassionate assessment of where credibility lay in this tug-of-war, The bulls can just relax with their Tern investment and top up whenever possible. Pounds not pence!

I recell that EUA told the market they were in talks to sell their asset, that may or may not lead to a deal.
And then no update for months after that.

Would Tern do that about DA, or not bother, just RNS a sale?
