Enema is still performing his mad hatter act. The fool thinks he has been smart hopping in and out Tern. Even if his claim is true, he would have been many times better off if he had invested at the recent 6p level with 90% of his available cash and traded 10% like I and many other LTHs have done. In my case from 3p giving me a Tern trading profit around £200k, but leaving me with millions of shares in the 90% bag for our trip to Mars and beyond.
Enema needs to understand if he is going to make a great revelation to place us all in awe, it really does need to be great. If one compares both John C and Enema, from my analysis, there does seem to be a fundamental flaw in TW’s recruiting algorithm.

Well the fact Tern now have a company with a separate listing reflects well on Tern as an investment. We got Wyld for free and it’s now about to trade in the market.that’s some achievement, so credit where credit is due. Well done AS and team. If there is any sense in Aim others should be thinking about where our other companies are likely to go. Best thing about Wyld, it ain’t cost us lth much to get to a corporate event.

S/W,,Yes bring it on but at disruptive rates for D/A not just above NAV, I have said all I want to say negative about the IPO in a previous post, on the positive side I cannot see hardly any free stock being available when this starts trading , TERN are locked in for a Year 60% gone there , A/W and co at Wyld have skin in the game now and won't be selling any of their stock, the only free float might come from the 20% in the offering but they will be mad to sell any, might be a few traders trying to get some stock, but it will be massively over subscribed so they won't get much.
The other thing is if Wyld need more support TERN will have to put in 60% or lose percentage, but it should be at a much higher S/P for TERN by then, so if they do a placing to provide support it should not dilute us too much, of course TERN could have a lot of cash by then if they sell D/A for instance, so we don't know,..
Seems the only way to buy into Wyld now is through TERN, seems too hard any other way.

Yeah you need to be a special kind of stupid to watch this from sub 6p and invent overblown negatives to not jump onboard. We have more than our share of those “specials “ here.

More bile from the LTH loonies, and on the Sabbath too, very narrow mind- if any minds at all!

I have long term holdings, who hasn`t- some in pension funds , saving accounts etc., but I [and most normally balanced folk] certainly wouldn`t post any of my details on a free Hotmail based bb, or remark on every tiny upward movement, or if a downward one scream " bloody mm`s".

And to think the trolls could have been holding millions as they’ve watched every business getting more and more globals getting involved with tern investees.

Oh well never mind, they’ve allowed other lth’s to do just that with their trolling attacks and activities..

Bring on the DA main act.

2 particularly good and accurate true posts by RIDICULE AND SARCOLINE about the resident fool Jon the C. Hopefully he realises what a waste of his life he is making posting rubbish here day after day.

I am hearing very big news could land shortly.. and cannot wait for the foolish shorters to be severely burnt and financilly ruined even bankrupted.

Megan, you make some good points. I have had a lovely day to date. Out to garden lunch at friends with my wife in glorious weather. I thought I would just check the BB before turning in only to find that rather unpleasant plonker wasting yet more of his weekend posting absolutely off the wall incoherent rubbish. John C you non-event, just because I’ve had a good day, here are two good reasons why it is fantastic news Wyld are listing in Sweden, since you ask.

Alastair Williamson
CEO
Alastair Williamson (CEO), who has over 25 years’ experience in the software telecommunication industry recently as CEO for 4 years of Ranplan Group AB a software wireless planning tool start-up listed on the NASDAQ First North in June 2018. Alastair has lead sales organisations in Lucent, Alcatel Lucent, Cambridge Broadband Networks and Krone. Alastair graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a Masters in Physics.

Chris Carswell Deputy CEO and CFO Wyld Networks
Christopher Caswell
Deputy CEO and CFO
Christopher is a qualified Chartered Accountant and started his career with PwC in the UK. His previous role was as CFO at Ranplan AB and has held finance position in Vodafone Germany as well as European CFO at Corning Inc in France and Germany. Christopher has also held consultancy rolls with JP Morgan conducting several international acquisitions. Christopher was educated at Birmingham University and holds a BSc Degree in Engineering.

Note the AB behind Ranplan numpty. They have been there, seen it and done it successfully on the NASDAQ First North and with the amount of skin they have in Wyld, they are determined to do it all over again. For the avoidance of doubt numb skull, then look at their qualifications, the fact that Carswell has followed Williamson from Ranplan to Wyld and the eminent organisations they have both worked in prior to that.

You continually come across as a pathetic weasly little man trying to convince people like me you are clever. Your just a pathetic laughing stock and your not intelligent enough to realise it.

You asked for reasons and I have given them to you. Lucky you did not catch me on a down day.

In answer to your question Jon the C and thank you for acknowledging Wyld as yet another of TERN's phenomenal investees......

Wyld partners with revenues of $132 billion on Capital Day Markets presentation just over a month ago but we have just learnt from recent Wyld IPO presentation that this value has now increased to $150 billion (that's an increase of $18 billion).

Now some would say this is just a coincidence but if you looked at the market cap of lets say Ericsson and it is pretty much exactly $18 billion and then look at where Ericsson is based, Stockholm.
Anderson our new board member worked at? You guessed it.......Ericsson!

Wyld IPO in Stockholm and little to zero free float with the board taking significant amounts some may guess that Ericsson are about to play a significant part in Wylds future....some may even go as far as saying that once Wyld IPO's Ericsson may go one step further than playing a significant part....

I would very confidently say that those who were lucky enough to get IPO shares are about to land a very significant windfall!

Jon the C, lets not forget our two unicorns, first your very favourite Device Authority and then FVR.
Invma recording record revenues and growth.
Talking Medicines already making massive waves in the transformation of how the pharmaceutical business will run in the future and you simply have...

Many many pounds not pence...

TERN.....Investment of a lifetime, turning grains of sand into gold.

Well wyld have proof of revenue. Being listed can only be a positive. I don't understand why you keep moving the bar. It's progress and wyld is a growing company.
