I have always thought that Wyld as it is right now should be valued at around the £15m-£20m mark.On 2nd July a very illiquid Wyld should be listed with £2m cash to spend and a prospectus valuation of around £7.9m......just cannot see that staying that way somehow

Wardy. I have personal business in Sweden going back a long time, the Swedes are very honest in business, and good to trade with, their stock market is rather small but active and have some big names on their list.
Wylde AB will be well supported and IMO well over subscribed,
I think it is a very smart move to have IPO in Stockholm rather than London, it will receive far more attention in Sweden, I congratulate AS for thinking outside the box.
Good luck all……I am off to the golf course, Tialouise please look after the shop, don’t put up with any nonsense.

Our "Applications To Subscribe" completed this morning for Wyld Networks.

Not sure how long the subscription will stay open. Certainly not until 23 June 2021.

Little doubt this subscription will be over-subscribed rather quickly.




Knowing the Wardhaman Family Trust hold almost 20% in Wyld Networks makes it a no brainer.

I'm afraid we are stuck with the Swedish language version of the prospectus - there will be no English language equivalent. Translations from one language to another are fraught with potential difficulties regarding interpretations/meanings in one language can mean something else in another. Shame but there we have it. Tack.

A sale of D/A to MSFT or someone is what we need , this IPO currently has added £300k to Wyld value currently as stated in the RNS, of course this could change a lot when it starts trading,.

Our biggest asset is DA. Our 60% holding in DA could easily be worth £1 billion plus. It's not rocket science to see the lack of time these big tech companies have to sort out there security. DA holds the key to this
