Subscription holders S/W they have it all nearly, TERN are subject to lock in agreements but not subscribers in the IPO.

One last mates rates corporate event with the valuation at IPO but with the satellite contract launching before 2/7/21 then that IPO valuation will just run away, wonder what our 60% stake will be worth by the end of July.

All together nobody can be displeased about todays news and will start blue in the morning as well

Be so nice to be a subscription holder when this goes to market, once again holders locked out, these people will prosper once again, far too cheap an IPO and will probably double on opening day.

The true value will come out on first day of dealing if we see a mad scramble for stock market value could potentially double and therefore Terns 60% increase accordingly . Will have to wait and see on 2/7/2021.

£5.6 million total valuation of WYLD seems a bit cheap to me some on here valued it at a lot higher than that, but with 80% of the offering gone to people unknown and Tern directors, not much left for people to go after,
