Strikes me as being a bit of a nothing burger and the market appears to be treating it as such. It's more or less an admission by Tern that they cannot fund Wyld to the level Wyld requires in order to grow and don't forget one of your Unicorns has exited the stable via a listing outside of Tern and not been bought up for Billions by a predator. Still, as long as you are happy with 3p on the share price as second prize happy days.
