26/4/2021 15:18 | Dont forget the good bit about AAQUA "For the period from incorporation on 23 July 2020 to 31 January 2021, AAQUA's unaudited net loss was €5.1m, and its unaudited net assets as at 31 January 2021 were €49.6m. " £600 million valuation for a fraction of AAQUA !!!! | ![]() seraha66
26/4/2021 15:12 | A bit more on AAA. The more I look at it the more clear is becomes that Tern, due primarily to its holding in Device Authority, should be closer to the £592m valuation as opposed to AAA. AAA have a 1% stake in AAQUA and have the right to take up a circa additional 20% stake in AAQUA at a cost of 125m Euro *. AAQUA who will become the dominant owner of A.I. company of A.I. development company, Sentiance. AAQUA license an algorithm to Sentiance and it is a “development and long-term licence agreement” *” As at the date of grant, AAA does not have the funding to exercise the Option (circa 20% in AAQUA for £125m) in full nor does it have the funding to exercise the vested Options in full.” The whole basis to AAA’s valuation looks to be its potential in AAQUA and the latters stake in A.I. ‘development Who knows perhaps AAA can raise the cash and Sentiance will be worth a fortune. If I have missed something please could an AAA holder enlighten me. The key question in relation to Tern though is:- Would I rather be invested in £48m m/cap Tern with much larger stakes in 5 different exciting portfolio companies including the flagship Device Authority providing ‘the glue to the IOT’ and receiving plaudits from Microsoft? It’s a no-brainer and I think the market is slowly but surely catching on. | ![]() nick2412

26/4/2021 15:07 | Can I quietly encourage holders such as ridicule and bygdennis just to ignore the likes of Ellipses and his even more disturbed colleague rather than engage. Treat them with disdain and put them on filter or if you are a kindly soul then pity them - but still filter. Think of it this way, if someone with mental health problems was shouting gibberish on the bus would you go and sit next to them and have a 'lively' chat? Or would you observe they probably hadn't taken their medications and just keep your distance. I'd go for the latter for both safety and humane reasons. I can see Tern via Device Authority doing an ITM Power. The latter was unloved with a lot of disparaging comments from trolls and a market cap similar to Tern's. Unfortunately I watched rather than held the former. Now it frequently has daily share price movements that exceed the share price in 2019 - about 20p then and 512p now with a £2.8b valuation. I anticipate Tern will either have a dramatic upturn or move up over time. Not to £2.8b but at least to surpass the £600m for AAA which looks primarily based on an entitlement to options in AAQUA who will become the dominant owner of A.I. company Sentiance. | ![]() nick2412
