Wiresh*ts post doesn't make sense.The apparent reply to "Keith's" email refers to fdo 1.0 which I presume is typo for Fido 1.0 which is Fido's open source protocol released in 2014. Either a very old email or simply made up.Labours the point over open source too.Protocols are either open source or proprietary.You are reading this post thanks to several open source protocols from the android operating system, the IEEE 802 protocols for TCP/IP etc etc etc.Keyscalers patented technology conforms to the open source protocol. Other solutions can conform to the protocol but must not use Keyscalers patent protected method.

The angst is palpable here this morning thus galvanising our resident ne'er-do-wells into increased levels of "bovver".

A quick look at the TERN share price chart however should serve to dispel any concerns for it is clearly reflecting a position of gathering strength.
