What is AL Sisco's game?what does he want out of all this? low ball placings at NAV is giving money away , all the potential and actual capital gain of the investee companies have made combined over the past 3 years ... the nav remains the same is still 7and a bit pence.while existing holders get diluted by a third and more .He has been giving the future value away , by not getting the best price for placings To who and why?

Given that TERN need to clarify the status of the loans to DA by the end of the Month.
I expect this will be done as part of a general news update.

It seems they like to group up the news events and release them at the same time.

My guess would be for Monday or Tuesday next week

For that reason and because AS isn't up for re-election I will be voting against all resolutions at the AGM or as night follows day we will be in the same position next year with another 100m shares in circulation.

That is the thing with TERN, what is wrong with the board of TERN, DA ticks all the boxes is recognised in industry as can be seen by the company they keep.The bod keep quiet , and undermines the price with cheap equity he gives his associates in the VC industry.
