Is it closer to 0.8p or $3.5bn(just DA)?

Don't forget JonC had an end of year target of 0.8p. That's last year by the way. Irrespective of how many funny(?) gifs and jpegs he posts I think that tells you everything you need to know about the veracity of his opinions.

Ascom can possibly see it improves all their products ?

Yep, a global that has solutions that stretch far and wide, what is its m cap ?

I think Ascom will take Wyld along on a big sales drive for existing and new potential pitches as its an improvment..

exciting times..

Ascom relentlessly pushing Wyld's Mesh Technology. This in the last hour and already liked by a guy at a government department. I get the feeling that this technology is going to find its way into hundreds of uses.

"Read about how Ascom UK is deploying mesh technology to help retailers with location specific promotions and content.

When customers using an app enter a geozone, such as a car park, shopping mall or aisles in a store, retailers can immediately deliver relevant promotions, content and even assistance for shoppers with additional needs. This is done through location-aware actionable content in real-time all on a secure, robust wireless mesh network without the need to login to Wi-Fi."

We have not managed to get an insti onboard at DA in years of trying. It failed to attract funding. Both FVR and Wyld in short time have got others on board. We don’t know the story behind DA pulling out of that funding deal it was offering that got no takers.
Like someone said, Wyld getting an eager insti on board now says an awful lot about the Wyld products.

kcowe, for an institutional investor to come on board at such an early stage is quite rare. That is normally the domain of angel investors and some VC's. It is seen quite rightly as high risk. The fact they have done so is a huge positive.

Wyld do have significant potential but that's all they have for now. They have sold very little. They have a pilot with a global satellite company and they have some products that they are hoping to sell into health and supermarkets amongst others. 12 months down the line if they start to deliver in a meaningful way on that potential then we'll get the big valuations we believe Wyld will be worth. AW in his interview yesterday spelt it out loud and clear. Wyld's markets virtually disappeared overnight and they were fortunate enough to have a technology that could be turned to new markets.

The article below is one of the better ones I've read. It provides a good feel for the funding process.
