29/1/2021 14:52 | TERN are in exit talks with Microsoft iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii hahahahahahahahah no more , no more! | emigna2020
29/1/2021 14:46 | Wyld will do a management buyout IF they make any profit. Good luck to them too. | emigna2020
29/1/2021 14:45 | I don’t think it will be a bucket shop I think the insti they negotiated the Wyld stake with will be chomping at the bit for a slice of Tern, they will realise there isn’t a chance of building a meaningful stake in the open market without propelling the share price well into double figures so will be offering premiums should Tern need it. 10m @ 10p would be fine with me, underpinning the price to the market and knowing the shares aren’t going to be churned. 29/1/2021 14:41 | Why doesn't Mr Sisto talk to Th. Bravo? Let them buy into DA? Or is he just too far into exit talks at Microsoft? by Joe Panettieri • Dec 11, 2020 Private equity firm Thoma Bravo has invested in Venafi, a provider of machine identity management software that improves cybersecurity. The investment valued Venafi at $1.15 billion, making the security company a newly minted unicorn, the companies say. | andrbea
29/1/2021 14:38 | sweepie229 Jan '21 - 14:24 - 236435 of 236436 -0.001111 4 0 Rockets at the ready, with the supermarket and retailer solution it really is a nobrainer, a matter of time before the first deal is announced, probably Sainsburys where there has been a pilot contract running for awhile. Are you looking at their made up fantasy case studies. There will be a famine before Wyld can get their act together. | stead41
29/1/2021 14:34 | I think Sisto knows one more bucket shop job and he and Payne will pay a serious price, hence the Wyld fund raise in the way it was done, these sellers are strange people, you could of sold for a bit higher in previous days but they still sell ,hard up traders potless and on the last strings of T 20 credit bets I bet. Holding on has to be the best ,move of course if you cannot afford to buy your stock I guess you don't have a choice. Waiting for next Months news should be good lets all hope so. | wardy333

29/1/2021 13:36 | Well said Vitec. I, like you, have a good wack in the Bank through open eyed analysis rather than wishful thinking. It is little wonder your posts are long. Like mine, you try and take the trouble to support your thinking with logic. | ridicule
29/1/2021 13:36 | I do not need anyone to spring to my defence certainly from the likes of you. | vitec
29/1/2021 13:35 | jimbo, I do not care. I truely want TERN to succeed but I will not be blinded to the facts that are staring me in the face both negative and positive. | vitec
29/1/2021 13:34 | Thanks for that Jimbob I’m sure it’s comforting for him you came to his defence from me yet again. At least your consistent, another post to add to the last 20 negative/damming posts of Tern you’ve made. Filtered. | maarleck
29/1/2021 13:30 | How many more times. I was never going to sell out completely. You obviously do not like facts? Tell me who carried out the placing? Am I not stating fact? You state sowing seeds of doubt. I state being factual. | vitec
29/1/2021 13:25 | Vitec,I wouldn't worry about it. It says all you need to know that somebody can make comment on others and then try to shut down those very same people from commenting on them.Jimbob | jimbob31
29/1/2021 13:24 | buyer back. | still waiting
29/1/2021 13:23 | And as always, a long response, once again using it to have a dig, slating the management and trying to sow doubt. A few months back you were saying when this reached 8p that you’d sell out and never look back. Obviously more bs. | maarleck
29/1/2021 13:17 | I would throw my hat in any day with Ridicule then you. Off course you do not want anyone to respond as they may challenge your assertions. I thought I made it clear as to my position and was transparent in doing so but obviously you failed to understand what I had stated along with a few others that seem to doubt that I purchased and that the funds were used elsewhere. Who cares? I am the one sitting with the money in the bank and not with 4 million TERN shares that were not producing. Who else is to blame for the bucket shop placings? Fact, we have had placing after placing. Fact, Sisto is in charge. Is it the fairies at the bottom of your garden that are to blame? You want to challenge anyone that posts anything remotely negative (in your view) so that this BB remains as an echo chamber and confirmation bias. You may not have noticed that after a good RNS the share price has not sustained its momentum. Why is it that loads of "investors" sell at the first sign of a rise. It is because at the back of their minds they cannot shake off Sisto doing another placing. | vitec
29/1/2021 12:54 | Nice to see a blue finish yesterday when an RNS has been released, most unusual. I think most of yesterday’s sells were short term traders (Duxy, JonC, Monte1, p5tvr, enigma ) that bought in at the 6.5p area and then went quiet. Low and behold they’ve all started posting again trying to talk the price down. Usual suspects have also come out saying they are holding/just bought to only then slate AS and moan about possible placings. Very disingenuous. Then there’s Ridicule, he always appears on weakness and has a real dig at the company, how it operates, the management and future. I still get the feeling there’s a large buyer out there and is going to keep mopping up the sells. Certainly not the usual trading pattern of Tern I’ve seen here. I’d love for more news in the coming few weeks to really get things motoring prior to the IOT event. More to the point, to be released whilst the traders aren’t holding. I don’t need a reply from any of the for mentioned posters, that’s my view and I don’t need to debate it. Happy to keep holding and adding to the most undervalued company with the most potential, on the market today. | maarleck
