The main point is if an II invest at 5.2m valuation they already think it is a considerable realistic value above that and the future value will be many multiples of this price

This is how investing should work, your initial % reduces as your monetary return increases. Effectively the company you supported is now standing on its own two feet.

Having an institution on board should help reduce future bucketshop raises

Also good news that some of these shorting mobs are getting some of their own medicine in the U/S and China, will happen here too.

The thing is with dragons den, it’s not so much about the money or percentage, it’s about the business they will bring in double quick time.

Excellent RNS.

Simplified the structure to which we now own nearly 80%. Cash for rollout of products into an eye watering valuation market, with world leading companies.

I think the increased valuation (£2.9 million uplift) puts us back at NAV.

Tern is ridiculously cheap when you look at the markets it’s in, the events planned and the growth potential; we should be on a foreword p/e of at least x10 to x15 now. This is the biggest disparity of any share I’ve seen on my 23 years of trading.

Exciting times.

I’m very pleased with this. Wyld momentum will just keep gathering pace. This is still being launched as a product yet the valuation has increased by a very decent amount. Ascom sales will be added down the road as will the satellite business. This brilliant work and great joined up thinking . No doubt the market will pick a negative to trade on. Wyld in 6 months or less will be double the value it is now.

This is the way to go instead of bucket shop placings which do more damage than anything else, you lose a bit of percentage but gain in other ways.

FVR - The COVID-19 pandemic has lead to the cancellation of elective surgeries across the US. This, coupled with the scaling back in face-to-face teaching, limits the hands-on training and experience surgical residents rely on to hone and practice their skills. As a result of this gap, a number of academic medical training programs have linked with FundamentalVR, to explore how VR training programs can allow its orthopedic students to continue their studies remotely. In addition to this work, programs including NYU Langone Health, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Melbourne Orthopaedic Group and the NHS in the UK have come together on a series of workshop webinars to share best practices and discuss needs for the orthopaedic VR curriculum.

I wonder how many hospitals FVR are used in around the world?
SANA have rolled it out to all their 55 hospitals in Germany and also are acting as country distributor to offer to other German hospitals
