There is always a chance...slim..that these are off book trades being announced as and when it suits.

Annoying the way M/Ms try to disguise some trades, why they can't have a b beside the trade or an s to indicate buy or sell, at the moment some of these trades need a B/S beside them.

MM’s still happy to pay above bid for the stock it would also indicate that

Yes, delayed buy from earlier, price struck at same time as sell and then MMs delayed to make it look like another sell, very possible, doesn't matter in the price so we move on.

From March 20:
Tern invested £50,000 in Seal Software and as at 30 June 2019 this investment was valued at £115,145, with Tern holding less than 1% of Seal Software. The proceeds to Tern from this sale are expected to be broadly in line with the Company's valuation of its investment, which will realise an approximately two times return on Tern's original investment.

I mentioned a while back that in the weeks preceding that historical TERN spike,there was a length sequence of close of trade U/Ts at prices higher than would have been expected if they were to reflect the days' trading activity.

We are currently seeing a rerun of a very similar pattern of U/Ts.

An article from the Bushveld Perspective titled,"Auctions, Uncrossing Trades and Evidence of Manipulation" goes some way to explaining how the U/T pricing can be maneuvered either upward or downward.

What we don't know is the rational and object of this presumed almost daily activity.

Yesterday first thing was N/T to buy so if there was a lot of stock floating around, M/Ms would of sold so not likely at the moment but we are watching you A/S.
