They are all a bunch of traders(with a few honourable exceptions)scalping .5p here and there off each other.

Sorry but I don't see the new PR appointment as signalling an imminent disposal. Isn't it more likely that a new PR company has been engaged to generate or accelerate interest rather than to tell the world of a sale which will, by then and by definition, be too late to benefit the retail investor or improve the perceived value?
