No as long as it is seen as part of the series of transactions, what can't happen is pass a threshold, leave it a week and continue buying as this would be seen as two different set of transactions,

Flash. Don't they have to notify as soon as threholds are crossed? Otherwise they could always say "i intend to buy more which is why i haven't notified" even at 10% holding.

I'm not clear on all the rules but thought that was a given?

Had a quick read through a few resources regarding Azure Sphere + Lighthouse.

Lighthouse allows multiple instances of Azure Sphere (tenants) to be administered from one place.

An instance of Azure sphere is typically a single enterprise, although larger enterprises may have multiple instances of Azure Sphere.

You might have a service that requires on-boarding of customers onto their own Azure Sphere which you as the provider can manage from your own instance of Azure sphere using Lighthouse.

To me that looks like it would be even easier to deploy KS across multiple Azure Sphere instances.
