05/1/2004 10:11 | Thanks to barnetpeter and eagle eye for their response. I originally paid 6p about march, spooked out, back in at 20p, look for 5 pts | kingfast
04/1/2004 20:58 | Eagle Eye Thank you for your reply, as a holder of TEMA could you give us an indication of how far these potentially could go ? | robward
04/1/2004 18:08 | Thank you for your interest Mr Ward. Yes I am a holder of TEMA as you may well have guessed. I will inform you of the other details as soon as my position is closed out. Meanwhile, lets enjoy the ride!!!!! | eagle eye
02/1/2004 22:15 | Hi Eagle Eye Very informative and interesting post, can we assume you are a holder and if so at what price have you acquired your holding ?. Thank you in advance. Rob Ward | robward
02/1/2004 20:33 | HI KINGFAST In answer to your question: If you hold the warrants in Sept 04, you have two options. 1. Convert the warrants into shares and cough up 133p for the privilege on 30th Sept 2004 2. Sell the warrants in the market before the conversion becomes due. With warrants at 20p, 19p of which is in the money and gearing of X 7.6, they appear to be excellent value at current levels. | eagle eye
02/1/2004 19:07 | I think this will be the next warrant winner after JIIW. Could easily be another bagger from here imo. On a TA basis imo its all looks very bullish. Yes overbought but Macd has only just started to cross. This one should go into well overbought territory before even thinking about a re-treat. | royal trader
02/1/2004 17:34 | 133p is the exercise price | barnetpeter
02/1/2004 17:33 | I presumed the exercise price of the warrants is £1.00, but the market price of the wts. would indicate £1.30. What is the exercise price? The registrars couldn't tell me neither could two brokers. If the exercise is at £1.00 what happens 30/9/04 when it expires | kingfast
02/1/2004 10:48 | Very nice emerging trend | robward
17/10/2003 15:55 | warrants are interesting as TEM is uptrending and big discount to asset backing. Big volume in both warrants and shares on 16th October. Any opinions on whether fundamentals promising - would be interested to know a site which gives a chart of French index etc. | arja
12/10/2003 22:08 | for a really geared play on emerging mkts mem is the one to go for. has been discussed on the splits thread jdt. | rambutan2
10/10/2003 21:42 | Next stop the high of 1999/2000. | dondee
23/8/2003 00:34 | but the fully diluted nav is the one usually quoted. im just kicking myself that i got distracted from buying the wrrs at 3p a few months ago. as long as mkts dont drop big the discount is more likely to come in a bit rather than get bigger. the closed-end equivalent on nyse is on a premium so arbs should help this happen. | rambutan2
22/8/2003 11:50 | Ref posting 33. Think discount to NAV will remain; could even widen. If all the warrants are converted, the asset value of all the shares issued will be diluted by something in the region of 12% I think. Never-the-less, expect this to be a very profitable holding. | hmong
20/8/2003 00:29 | At last! the Warrants are back in the money! | whynot
19/8/2003 23:51 | Up another 3.25p. Lovely jubely. | dondee
19/8/2003 23:26 | A 20% increase in stockmarkets over the next year to September, which is not unthinkable, would see the FTSE reach 5000 and TEM rise by 27 from 134 even without any narrowing of the discount to NAV, which is currently 15%. This implies a final price for the warrants of 28, giving an almost 100% gain from their current 14.25. If the discount went too you could see a gain of 200% or more. No wonder the warrants were up 17% today. | dr know
18/8/2003 23:14 | Up she goes. | dondee
08/7/2003 15:42 | yes 133p in sep 2004. | rottcodd
07/7/2003 16:28 | Can anyone remember what the exercise price and date is for the warrants? Is it 133p some time in 2004? | whynot
23/6/2003 09:27 | Well I was right last July. It bottomed out (double bottom)in late September/October and has risen steadily since. | dondee
30/5/2003 13:57 | Check out the warrants TEMA | triggshod
28/5/2003 22:10 | Is anyone there? Glad to see a few more on board for the upwave. | johnwwwilkinson
06/7/2002 23:19 | With any half decent pick-up in the markets generally, this one should rise, after falling a bit more. | dondee
30/4/2002 00:29 | Technically, this share is now looking very good, The down trend since 2000 is now broken (at around 110p) and is now in a strong up-trend. Recovery is probably overdone, so may see some profit taking in the near future. | freda |
