Re.post.17736.You have probably worked it out by now but Kitco show a spot price or daily price which is closer to what Atalaya are getting for their sales on a daily basis. The higher prices posters are quoting are expected future prices. Kitco today are quoting around $4.45 per pound whereas the May 25th.price is shown as around $5.06 per pound for example. The latter example is a good indicator of how things are going so hopefully a higher share price from now on. |
Posted at 19/3/2025 09:36 by scargs I agree with your comments Brockwl2. Quarter 4 2024 was an improvement on Quarter 3 2024 and Alberto confirmed yesterday that Quarter 1 2025 had started well. There are numerous projects, such as Touro, that will hopefully proceed during 2025 and coupled with an improved copper price the share price should go up. ATYM is in good hands. |
Posted at 19/3/2025 08:46 by brockwl2 Nice to get these results out of the way, without a reduction in share price.Whilst it was well known they wouldn't be great, that hasn't stopped this market punishing most others in a similar situation. Clearly we have the copper price to thank for that. However I can see profit doubling this year, if the copper price holds, plus better grades, and some minor cost reductions. Good time to be holding, and Q1 should make good reading. |
Posted at 26/2/2025 20:59 by quirky1 I am getting a bit confused with all the disagreement, regarding entering the Ftse 250.Everyone seems to have a different interpretation. Our share price is still very little changed from 15 years ago. Firstly - what changes when we enter the 250, ie commitment from investment funds?. What are the guidlines/rules?. I must admit, having held shares from the beginning and being fully invested for over 18 years, I am starting to wonder if I can get a better return elsewhere. I am getting frustrated with this investment and don't want to bail out when everything is coming together. The company has not really delivered on anything for the past year. Are we on the cusp of a big change?, or is it more of the same? I would appreciate thoughts! |

Posted at 12/1/2025 10:34 by scargs robmcelf2.Your comment about ATYM being eligible to enter the FTSE 250 Index at the end of March 2025 is very valid. I think the ATYM share price should appreciate between now and then solely on this alone. In addition there is Truro, the end of the Public Consultation period is imminent, and hopefully a gradual increase in the copper price. 2025 has the potential to be a good year for the Company's share price. Looking forward to the Q4 figures and the Annual figures. |
Posted at 12/1/2025 06:42 by robmcelf2 So now that the redomiciling to Spain is complete with a little share price appreciation, ATYM can be admitted to the FTSE 250 index in the next shuffle which I think is assessed end of March and that should give us a little boost. |

The long term picture for this company is very positive but progress is just a bit slow in 2024. The 2024 highlight for me is that Touro has been granted strategic status. Hopefully momentum can build now towards a better 2025 and copper prices will remain supportive. AIMHO! |

Solar farm comes on stream as does Elix early in the year which will bring cost reductions in turn boosting profitability2. Copper price appreciation - although this may not materialise until 20253. San dionisio finishes permitting and ATYM mixes in the richer grade pre to drive outputs for little extra cost 4. Listing on main market at end of next month could attract institutional interest not possible with an AIM listing |
