05/1/2007 06:09 | Don't worry, the worm is turning at LEAD, and we will be back up the percentage gains in the coming weeks and months IMO :) | papalpower
04/1/2007 17:40 | Well, we will see - hope you are right ! | masurenguy
04/1/2007 16:39 | There are presentations to institutions next week to stimulate more major holdings in the business. We can also expect more contract updates. To make the top 3 on the list needs around a 5p gain - very achievable. | 2lb
04/1/2007 15:19 | No sign of any bid for ADA yet - so what makes you so sure that this stock will "climb into the top 3 over the coming weeks". Do you have any other source of information or what ? | masurenguy
04/1/2007 14:58 | A fine result so far across the sample... I feel confident that ADA will climb into the top 3 over the coming weeks, worth taking a closer look if you you haven't already done so. | 2lb
03/1/2007 06:35 | Thanks for the updates Frank, | tenapen

21/12/2006 15:17 | B F, can you put this into the header, please? Total number of shares in issue, 21 Dec 2006 = 5,076,758 [see RNS] (NB. Wrong MCap in ADVFN header info - surprise ...) | jonwig
19/12/2006 18:31 | Thanks for that useful info. SQUAREROO. Those reasons for the delay seem no cause for concern to me. The third week of January is the week of Monday 15th. January, so not that much longer to wait. It's probably for the best that the results aren't put out now until the Christmas & New Year season is well and truly over, so that the results get the attention they deserve ... and that there is no suspicion that the company is 'burying' them over the Christmas period. 19/12/2006 17:46 | Frank normally contacts Greg hallett (FD) - did you try him ? | whynot3
19/12/2006 16:33 | SQUAREROO - where did you learn this? | jonwig
19/12/2006 16:26 | 6 months to get their results out! Pretty poor I'm afraid. | stemis
15/12/2006 19:25 | Here is SQUAREROO's TEL post yesterday from "2007 The Doubler Thread for the Year Ahead":- SQUAREROO - 14 Dec'06 - 09:41 - 39 of 50 "I would like to propose TEL- telephone maintanence group.and credit it to blank frank and others who have provided the info. shares in issue 5.1m mkt cap 3.7 share price 74p mid Tel started out providing maintenance to companies telephone sytems which provided steady repeatable business in the last few years they have started expanding into other area of telephony and with the latest aquisition of datatel Voip. They have recently had a placing and almost cleared debt and are now in a strong position to grow. Market expectations refer to broker forecasts. In TEL's case, this is Rowan Dartington's forecasts of:- Year end 31/7/06: eps (earnings per share) 18p; pre-tax profit £500K. Year end 31/7/07: eps (earnings per share) 34.5p; pre-tax profit £1M. the company have already stated they are in line with these forecast for this year giving a pe of just 4 If they meet next years target the adjusted eps should be 23.3p meaning they are on a forward pe of just 3.1 a rerating means these trading on a more suitable pe of just 8 gives a price target of £1.44 or double todays price." | blank frank
15/12/2006 19:02 | Blank Frank - 13 Dec'06 - 20:08 - 90 of 97 " ... From TEL's 19/10/06 announcement:- " ... Following this transaction, Mr Smyth will have an interest in 67,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company following completion of the acquisition of Datatel, the Placing and the conversion of the 10% Loan Notes and the 10% Preference Shares described above. ... " This suggests that TEL currently has about 5.15 million shares in issue; which at its current mid price of 74p would equate to a market cap. of c. £3.81M. ... " Just as the figure of 1.3% is approximate, the figure of 5.15M. is also approximate. Summing the share changes that we know about I also came up with a figure of below five million, but TEL haven't announced a new total figure, so the reference to Mr Smyth's % of the total is the nearest new reference to that. I think that it's better to risk overstating the number of shares in issue, rather than understating them, so that potential earnings per share is understated rather than overstated. If the market is currently lacking some confidence in TEL's forecasts, that does have a good aspect. Because it suggests that TEL's current share price does not fully reflect results near those that the forecasts made. Thus there should be more chance of a share price uplift if the results come in as or near forecasted. Assuming results near those forecasted are achieved, adjusting the 2007 results for the acquisition and big fundraising, then the following may be the rate of earings per share growth:- Year end 31.7.05: eps 2.0p (actual). Year end 31.7.06: eps 15p (future). Year end 31.7.07: eps 25p (future). That would equate to earnings per share growth of 650% (albeit from quite a low base) and 66.66% for the years 2005-2007. B.F. | blank frank
15/12/2006 08:13 | "Pre-tax profit of £1.2M split between 5.15M. shares would equate to c. 23.3p per share" Not sure where you get 5.15M from. I make it 4.717M, although I may have missed a fund raising along the way! That would make EPS about 25p. I think 10 x earnings, when there is no tax, may be a bit ambitious. 6-8 x would give 150-200p. Unfortunately due to TEL's propensity to miss forecast, I don't think the market will believe it until it sees it. So, even if TEL does deliver, we are 12 months from these levels. Can't see above £1 in the short term even if TEL makes its 2006 forecast of £0.4M. Just my opnion. Some will disagree I'm sure. | stemis

14/12/2006 16:42 | Read it on CR's 2007 thread guys - seems a fair bet for a substantial uplift. Bought 5k today (quite easily, it seems at 78p); when are you expecting next figures? | philjeans |
