Oozi is a fraudster - he has form. He's likely done another runner. Yossi will try and walk soon.

Ennismore are going in for the kill, as per Globo. This could all unravel alot quicker than I thought.

It is just suspicious.... Exactly. You can't have this on a quoted company and expect to be able to contain.. I watched globo unfold and this truly bears an almost exact pattern.... Sold shares, tried to sell more..... But then announced his leave and fraud enquiry started

Dunno - this has named, verifiable customers and partners and the FD is still there. My guess is Uzi isn't coming back, the business drifts for months (misses even the reduced forecasts) but eventually stabilises under a new CEO who has nothing to do with the past. Wouldn't touch the shares and it only takes a few large institutions to say get me out at any price and the share price is below £1. Many would rather lose a load of cash than have their fund associated with a scandal.

Now do they uncover that deals were made up and companies were just shells.... Globo did this, false orders, huge billing, profits in excess of cash flow, large accruals.....

I'm just glad that I sold out at the end of May for almost £1 a share profit. (I made an even better, in hindsight just as lucky, profit in Globo.)

Reading the transcript of the analyst Q&A session shows that Yosi answered most of the questions.

He took all the early questions and then at one point says "i'll let you answer this one Oozi"..

Wonder if Yosi has been steering the ship for some period of time... could explain the recent re-organisation of the finances
