Technical bounce as some punters get excited, as well as some shorts booking a few profits. Nothing wrong with hopping on board price momentum to book quick short term trades - be nimble though. Hoping for a nice strong bounce to short into. The game is up here, things are only going to escalate to the downside.

The only question now for me is, just how much of a crook is Oozi Cats. It will all come out soon - huge balance sheet write offs and fictitious revenue to follow. The best case scenario for holders here will be an opportunistic bid from some overexcited mug board with overpriced paper.

You can't rule out such actions in extreme bullish markets like we are in at present. That risk aside, this company is going to cause substantial losses for anyone willing to buy here.

Buying 400,000 shares when you have sold 7,081,620 recently will not fool anyone except the dim witted.

Check out the webcast when it becomes available.
Telit are looking for acquisitions, but it won't be small stuff or loss-making.
Target company is likely to be significant and profitable, possibly in the services area.

The plebs that took the placing probably aren't emotionally invested, being that they are usually institutions and are investing/punting plebs retirement funds in the first place. ;-)
