All those shorts were like a canary bird in a mine.
One wonders what shorts see sometimes and today we have just found out.
As a buisness I think one day TCM will have it's day in the sun, but it sure isn't now.

Terrible results! Some highlights to warn people to avoid this company:

-Revenues delayed and increased second half weighting for 2017
- Further delays of revenue to fall in 2018

In my opinion, these revenue excuses are because they're likely cooking the books. Watch for more of these "delays" - they have only just started.

-Not even made a profit, let alone generated any free cash.
-Net operating cash flow was negative, before even taking into account dividend and development costs
-"Adjusted EBITDA" might be positive but doesn't even cover the development costs.
- Of the 49.7m raised, only 6.7 when on acquisition of businesses.

Shocking stuff and even though I have been short, can you actually still have much confidence in this company?

Perennial cash burner with no H1 profit, with an incredibly bad smell around it, highest short position on AIM by a country mile and now with revenue uncertainty - all at a ludicrous valuation.

What could possibly go wrong!

Although the Group is confident of seeing an increase in recurring revenues and maintaining Telit's double-digit revenue growth in the current financial year, there are some uncertainties including the timing of certifications for the LTE CAT-1 VoLTE product and a handful of large scale deployments, all of which could be deployed slower than planned with consequent impacts on financial performance and cash generation in the current year.

I should have made a lot more on my Paysafe but got panicked out of a lot by mischievous shorters and have stuck with my whole TCM come what may. Cannot believe that a company selling IOT gear to Honda factories in N America for one example isn't worth something to somebody. If there are any skeletons I don't think there will be any shortage of opportunistic bidding interest.

Another new short to add to list - Leucadia Investment Management Limited 0.60%.

Multiple shorts increasing with Lombard reporting a significantly increased position of 1.94% (up from 1.46%) on the 1st August.

The stench around this company just gets stronger and stronger.

Interims on Monday. Let's see if they can generate any real free cash.

What I cannot understand is why there is virtually no discussion on this site -
no learned information on why we should be supporting Telit. You would have thought
that it would be in Telit's interest to try & communicate better with the small
shareholders but I guess they just want their owner performance to speak for itself.
Lets hope on Aug 7 they can produce the goods & also tell us how they hope to spend
the 39m€ raised for acquisitions.
