I try and keep to plain facts. For me the 7m transcation could mean many things so no point trying to find meaning in very basic information. A £230,000 purchase out of his own pocket, for me, is a very bullish signal. Especially considering most other directors purchased large amounts at the same time too.

On the other hand...

The 7m sale was by a company, Oozi has an interest in, to re-pay a loan - so Oozi was not the beneficiary of the sale.

The later purchase was out of his own pocket - £230,000 is an an amount I would consider too large to be a pr stunt.. What are you suggesting?

A company he controls sold shares to repay a loan - was more than likely a planned arrangement.

On 27th June CEO spent £230,000 of his own money to buy shares at £3.12p - What makes you think this was a pr stunt?

Wouldn't say FD sold a large amount... he exercised a load of options, kept the majority and sold a few (probably to pay the tax bill)...
