22nd March: "Telit Communications PLC ("the Company", AIM: TCM), announces that Mr. Oozi Cats, the Company's Chief Executive, acquired 10,242 ordinary shares of the Company at a a weighted average price of 319 pence per share."

2 months later, he sells 7,081,620 down to 14,810,599.

Suddenly the 10,242 is less significant I feel.

Market makers dropped it early this morning, possibly the purchaser wanted to make a quick buck and do a quick flip flop.

Looks like there's no issue with placing them either.

Shares were borrowed at 280 over 2 years ago and price is 340 now. I imagine that borrowing cost against shares was high so see no issue with this.

I predict Telit's RNS tomorrow will refer to "institutional demand" and maybe also "liquidity". I'm pretty sure "grossly overvalued" and "great time to dump shares" won't feature in the RNS.

Never seen that before. Announced by the broker (4.51pm, 23 May)



"Boost B.V. and Mariselia Ltd (together, the "Sellers"), entities controlled by Oozi Cats, CEO of Telit Communications PLC ("Telit" or the "Company"), announce their intention to sell approximately 7,081,620 ordinary shares in Telit ..."

but not by the company



Maybe Telit will inform the market tomorrow.

Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG ("Berenberg") and Canaccord Genuity Limited ("Canaccord Genuity") acted as Joint Bookrunners in relation to the Placing.

Placing was at 340p now reckon its worth 415p.

If you consider that "The New Shares represent 10.0% of Telit's existing outstanding issued share capital. " then can you arrive at the changes in the % short without any short closing? I think its likely.

Owenski, I'm a bit concerned you may have misled here.

Are you sure the reduction in % terms is simply because the new placing shares got issued?

"The New Shares represent 10.0% of Telit's existing outstanding issued share capital. Application for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM will be made in due course and the New Shares are expected to commence trading on 10 May 2017 ("Admission"). The Placing is expected to settle on 10 May 2017, subject to Admission. Following completion of the transaction the Company has agreed to a lock-up of 180 days."

Do correct me if I'm wrong.
