This was a done deal prior to last night's announcement.
Issuing 9% of equity for around £39m cash looks OK....it certainly wasn't a deeply discounted begging bowl.
Knowing Telit, they are unlikely to do anything rash with it.
The additional shares issued will dilute current eps until cash is employed, but I look forward to knowing what they intend to do with it.

Once the wider investment community understand Telit are a full service IoT company (meaning they own all stages of the comms process - connectivty, processing and data crunching so 3 firms of revenue) unlike other imposter organisations who own one or the other of these processes then not only will investers get on board the Telit train but be assured so will big manufacturing as m2m is now the fastest growing sector globally for data transactions. Look out for pay as you drive per mile cars where your billed monthly like a mobile phone for miles driven and if you dont pay the manufacturer via Telit will switch off the car via m2m. Get your money out folks and get on the Telit Express train b4 it leaves the station as this is just one of hundreds of ideas for m2m and only a full service IoT company like Telit can support these.

Long since covered my small short positions. Always too much demand for stock coming on the book here of late - pointless fighting it, particularly with that all time high around 350 being breached. Still, believe these guys are cooking the books and will be found out, but for now (in light of all the demand for stock), been trading this on the long side ha

Won't be holding positions overnight, just in case a short report comes out. To date though, it seems like the shorts can't contain the rise. I thought they might have increased their short positions, but they appear to have limited conviction with the stock continuing to hit all time highs.

And with almost 10% of stock out on loan, all of this just increases the probability of a short squeeze! Easy for me to get out of small positions in a few seconds, but these guys can't cover that easy, so they're potentially screwed ha

Could easily head significantly through £4 and onto £5 if the market keeps gradually bidding the stock up. So much bullishness out there in the market that it is very much a possibility - simply can't be short much in markets like this, regardless of suspect fundamentals.

Ultimately, it is all about timing and mine wasn't the best here - guilty as charged. All eyes continue to be firmly on the fundamentals here to see if the bulls are actually correct or just vindicated in the short term by incredibly bullish markets and short covering.

In bed with Cisco and Version is huge. Cisco to launch The Fog which is for non critical data storage so can be stored locally (Fog is closer to you than the cloud) critical data still goes to the Cloud so perhaps why telit invested in LPWAN (low power wan) as the data being stored does not have to travel far to be stored in the Fog hence lower cist form of transfer Beginning to make sense why cisco is important partner and not competition.

The majority already have got painful. The share price has gone up a third since last summer while the publically disclosed short went up from around 3% to over 10% up to March and is now going down; some closing at a loss.

Involved in a lot of Industrial apps. now and partnerships.

I wont guess on the share price action but the short positions could get painful.

Interesting announcement, considering that they have a Software License and reseller agreement with SAP in the first place, bit of embedding going on. Oozi is a sound strategist.

Good volume today supporting that rise.

There is usually a TU in May.
