Have a look at Telit's organization hxxp://www.telit.com/jp/about-us/organization/ What should be clear to you or to anyone is that the majority of the R&D and manufacturing is in EMEA, less in APAC and the Americas. This concentration of R&D and manufacturing explains why EMEA has a high-level of inter-company sales. To spell it out clearer, Telit EMEA incurs the majority of the R&D, manufactures the product, then sells the product to Telit America and other Telit regions via international transfer pricing standards, usually at cost plus a mark up (5-10%). Telit America sells its product to external customers. This is normal and required to ensure revenue and costs are spread geographically. If you think its suspect I suggest you follow a less complicated company or call the company and maybe they can help you.

Now do you have anything else of substance?

If it's stated in the accounts, how is fraudulent?

In the absence of a proper response I can only assume that you believe that high inter-company sales equates to exaggerated external sales. I recommend you speak to an auditor or revenue accountant before you make any financial decisions based on your theory.

Please highlight any other issues but only do so if you can substantiate your claims.

Do you expect me to troll through financial reports to find intra-group sales of this magnitude? Once again, it is irrelevant, the external sales figure is the only figure I am interested in. If you wish to focus on this issue then it's up to you substantiate its importance/relevance.

Why is intra-group sales of importance to an investor? What are you trying insinuate? I could understand that this may interest the local tax authority. I am only interested in the total revenue, i.e. the external sales figure. Telit like most global companies are complex with many offices, many divisions and Telit would be segment sales to either take advantage to lower tax jurisdications or to better match revenues with costs (internally). This is a non-issue but thank you for taking the time to reply.

Doesn't the likes of Amazon, McDonalds do inter group trading to create a lower tax burden in a low tax country ie Luxembourg to pay next to zilch corporation tax?

Good old Sphere, shorted today and up to a new share price high (at the time of writing), your exposure to TCM must be eye watering by now, he he. Of course you could be right in the long term but as your potential losses mount the broker/advisor must be asking for more deposit to cover your position

Whatever 'the truth', we'll see how the market reacts throughout Monday, but if this is on a roll then those shorts will have to start closing. Somethings going to have to give that's for sure.

Hey Timmy,

How do we know that you are not employed by Ennismore to ramp up the share price so as to allow them to short at higher prices? ;-)

I've added to my short here, just for you Timmy!

Hugs and kisses xxxx
