09/10/2017 18:30 | "Meanwhile the record of private Hong Kong Investment company, Run Liang Tai, based in Room D on the tenth floor of an office building in Kowloon Harbour is, to say the least, murky." That's intriguing wiseacre, can you put any more flesh on the bones? | henchard
09/10/2017 18:27 | The numerous holdings statements issued by the company do not seem of much relevance. When the storm broke in early August it was a announced that David Serra had increased his holding to 4% (August 8). It has subsequently yoyo'd to 4.8% (October 6). Meanwhile the record of private Hong Kong investment company, Run Liang Tai, based in Room D on the tenth floor of an office building in Kowloon Harbour is, to say the least, murky. In early August the company promised a thorough review by an independent solicitor and promised a report from a third party accountant it has also refused to name (14 August). At the same time it promised the appointment of three new directors (yet to be revealed). The subsequent silence does no augur well. Best advice must be caveat emptor. | wiseacre
09/10/2017 13:09 | Still can't help but think that senior management, appointed by Oozi, may share his desire for misreprentation. Hence big investors hood winked to invest. Independent audit needed and not by an unnamed accountancy firm | muffster
09/10/2017 10:26 | Wasn't Serra also one of the initial backers of the company? Not sure what the implications of that would be. | frazboy
09/10/2017 10:11 | As a short, I am short again after resistance at 200p proved insurmountable, I am happy to read that. Unless he knows there is a Slater and Gordon in the wings, in which case smart cookie. S&G now at 0.07 AUD having risen to 7.85 after the Quindell deal. | hpcg |
