Edit, sorry phone sent that unexpectedly. I'm expecting funds needed here soon and Banks likely to need convincing on the business. Full scale review should be conducted. Then quick demise of the company as it is.

Listened to the bear cast, can see the logic. It's a good listen, but I think the single most important point here is that this company will need to conduct a review of the business by one of the accountancy majors. It has breached a bank covenant, albeit a technicality for now and has recorded about fresh capital that will be needed, as cash flow is negative. I share TWs thoughts but have a more negative view on when this will need fresh funds... Expected soon, then the next leg down. a loss in the first half. There is a large increase In trade receivables and likely that the banks will need convincing
