Agreed. Although it's not what I would like to see on the CV of a NED of a company I had a stake in, it's probably not against the rules, thus has no implications if you were the newly appointed NOMAD.

I have no idea, but if he did disclose the information to the board, you can bet they wouldn't have been remotely interested. I don't think it was/is the kind of set up where "being a bit dodgy" would be seen as an obstacle.

Verulamium - question for you, do you think Mr Zeevi disclosed this information to the board? If not, they must be getting angrier! In fairness, I'm not sure that being litigated against means you can't be a NED on the board of an AIM company (open to comments by others on this), however, the guy is on the remuneration committee which, to the understandably cynical, might explain the executive pay packages being handed out by the company to you know who.
